We want you to love your Squishable items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion pieces. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
